The key point. Iberbrick understands the enquiry, selects and introduces a suitable independent company, stays involved through the quotation and remains copied into agreed updates. The company identified before signature visits, quotes, contracts, invoices, carries out the work and remains responsible for delivery and the warranties that apply.

1. Company selection and introduction

Iberbrick receives and qualifies the enquiry, selects one potentially suitable independent company and introduces it. That company surveys, measures, prepares its quotation, contracts directly with the owner, invoices, collects payment, organises workers and subcontractors, carries out the work and remains responsible for execution and warranties. Iberbrick may receive a commercial commission from the execution company.

2. Project management / owner representation

When separately agreed in writing, Iberbrick may organise reporting, documents, milestones, meetings, decisions and communications on the owner’s behalf. Scope, price, duration and exclusions are defined in that separate agreement.

This is not automatically architectural or engineering work, statutory site management, technical direction, health and safety coordination, construction execution or the main-contractor role. Regulated services must be expressly appointed to appropriately qualified professionals.

3. No online building contract

Sending a form starts a conversation. It does not create a building contract or accept a quotation.
