Can you give me an approximate price immediately?
Not responsibly without knowing the property and scope. We first organise the starting information; the selected company then visits, measures and prepares its own itemised quotation.
Who prepares the quotation?
The selected company surveys the property and prepares its own quotation. Iberbrick stays involved through that stage.
Who signs and remains responsible for the work?
The named execution company contracts, invoices, carries out the work and remains responsible for delivery and the warranties that apply.
Will several companies contact me?
We select and introduce one suitable lead company. If it is unsuitable, we can consider another company in the network.
