1. Who is responsible

IBERBRICK CONSTRUCCIÓN Y REFORMAS, S.L., a Spanish single-member limited company, tax ID B05626205, Calle Hera 18, 18100 Armilla, Granada, Spain. Contact: hola@iberbrick.com.

2. What we receive

Information you provide: name, phone, email, area, property and renovation type, indicative investment, timing, messages, photographs or documents. A professional profile may also include trade, experience, availability, declared right-to-work status and an optional CV.

3. Why we use it

Enquiries: to respond, organise the project and assess which company or specialists may be suitable.
Introduction: to share necessary details with the selected company after telling you.
Resources: to send a guide or other requested material.
Marketing: only with separate, optional consent.
Professional profiles: to assess a possible collaboration and make contact when a suitable opportunity arises.

4. Our legal grounds

We take the steps you request before a possible contract. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it. We also keep information where needed to meet legal duties or respond to claims.

5. Who may receive it

Necessary hosting, email, form, administration and automation suppliers, including Brevo where applicable. If an independent company may fit your project, we will tell you before sharing the details it needs. WhatsApp and other external services apply their own policies when you choose to use them. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

While the enquiry is handled and then blocked for the limitation periods that may apply. Marketing details remain until consent is withdrawn. Professional profiles require a specific internal retention period that is still to be approved and will not be kept indefinitely.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent, by emailing hola@iberbrick.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Security and children

We use reasonable security measures. The website is not intended for children under 14. Avoid sending identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information before it is genuinely needed.
