The key point. Iberbrick understands the enquiry, selects and introduces a suitable independent company, stays involved through the quotation and remains copied into agreed updates. The company identified before signature visits, quotes, contracts, invoices, carries out the work and remains responsible for delivery and the warranties that apply.

1. How to complain

Write to hola@iberbrick.com or to Iberbrick’s address shown in the legal notice. Include your name, contact details, relevant dates, a clear account of the issue and the outcome requested. Avoid sending unnecessary identity documents.

2. Responsibility for the issue

Iberbrick handles complaints about its own selection, communication and any separately contracted service. Complaints about execution, invoices or warranties under the renovation contract should also be addressed to the independent company that signed that contract, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

3. Official complaint forms in Andalusia

Consumers may request the official Andalusian complaint form and submit it through the competent consumer authorities. Iberbrick does not claim participation in the electronic Hoj@ system unless that registration is confirmed.
